If you've already tried to connect your email through Email Integrations, and it wasn't possible for your organization, your account can still be configured to send Pitches directly from your email address or from a general email address created for your organization.
To effectively send these messages outside of Email Integrations, we require updates to your DNS records in partnership with your IT team. Organizations that choose not to make these changes will have emails sent from a generic, non-customized email address (noreply@msgsnd.com) and may experience problems with delayed or missing emails.
