Exporting a Coverage Report

When you need to share articles and their impact with clients or colleagues, export your Coverage Report to Excel, PDF, or Rich Text.

How to export a Coverage Report:

  1. Navigate to Coverage Reports

  2. Select a Coverage Report

  3. Choose the date range to be included in your report in the top-right

  4. Select the export format (Excel, PDF, or Rich Text)

  5. Click Export

To customize which columns are included in your exports:

  1. Navigate to Coverage Reports

  2. Select a Coverage Report

  3. Click into the Articles tab

  4. Click Edit Columns at the top-left of the report

  5. Under the sidebar labeled Edit Columns on the left of your coverage report, toggle the columns you would like to display 'ON' and the columns you would like to hide 'OFF'

  6. Click Export and select Excel, PDF, or HTML

The resulting export will only contain the columns that are toggled on.

To filter the articles that are included in your exports:

  1. Navigate to Coverage Reports

  2. Select a Coverage Report

  3. Click into the Articles tab

  4. Click Add filter at the top-left of the report

  5. Choose the desired field to filter your coverage report by

  6. Click Export and select Excel, PDF, or HTML

  7. Select Filtered rows

Once the filters are applied, the articles that appear in the coverage report that match those filters will be the only articles listed in the resulting export.

Your report will begin to download or be sent to you via email attachment if it contains over 500 articles.

Journalist Statuses Tab in Excel Format

When exporting your Coverage Report in an Excel format, a Journalist Statuses tab will appear which contains all journalists who have Tweeted the articles in your report, along with each of their tweets.
