Not complying with Muck Rack’s email sending guidelines or abusing and misusing Pitches on Muck Rack can result in a decrease in your organization’s sending quota. This restriction exists to protect both your and Muck Rack's email sending reputation.

If your email sending limit has been changed, your organization’s Admin(s) will be notified via email. 

Once you believe you have made sufficient changes to comply with Muck Rack’s email sending guidelines, please submit a request to increase your sending limits. Our team will review your request and assess whether new sending limits can be implemented for your organization.
