Muck Rack’s technology, a team of editors, or journalists themselves add and maintain profile pages. Profiles that do not have email addresses are frequently reviewed by the Muck Rack team and will be updated automatically when an email is found. 

When an email address or phone number cannot be found, a message will appear in the Contact Information section of the journalist’s profile. The "Muck Rack's team was unable to find..." message is only set to display if Muck Rack’s team has been unable to locate an email address or phone number. It will be replaced automatically when a new email address is found or if your team adds an email address directly to the profile. 

If you have contact information for that particular media contact, you can click Edit under Contact in the top-right corner and add an email address, phone number, or mailing address.
