Set up a signature to add to your Muck Rack pitches. Add a signature to every email you send via Muck Rack by editing your settings.

Select Personal settings, then use the text box under the Signature section to format the personal signature you'd like to have displayed on your pitch emails.
Select the Save button in the bottom right corner.
Your signature will automatically appear in any new Pitch created. If necessary, you can delete your signature from the Compose and Personalize steps within any Pitch.
⚠️ Important: When adding any images to your signature, we recommend using the image upload option within the text editor tools rather than copying and pasting images. This can help prevent broken images in your sent emails.

Limitations
Limitation | Description |
Attachment sizes | Each attachment can be up to 2 MB (megabytes), and up to 3 attachments can be added per pitch. Each email sent via Muck Rack can be up to 25 MB total. |
Video Embedding | Most email clients (including Gmail and Outlook) cannot play embedded videos.
A common workaround is embedding an image or a GIF of the video in your email. Then, hyperlink the image to your video hosted on another website (e.g. YouTube).
To hyperlink an embedded image or GIF:
NOTE: You must convert any MP4 files to a GIF before uploading it in the Pitches composer above.
If you're going with a static JPG image instead of a GIF, usually, you’ll want the image to be at least 600px or wider. |
